Carl Froch, MBE is a British former professional boxer who competed from 2002 to 2014, and has since worked as a boxing analyst and commentator for Sky Sports.
He held multiple super-middleweight world championships, including the WBC title twice between 2008 and 2011, the IBF title from 2012 to 2015, and the WBA (Unified) title from 2013 to 2015.
Carl Froch was voted Fighter of the Year for 2012 by World Boxing News and BoxRec. In 2013, the UK edition of GQ magazine voted him Sportsman of the Year. He reached a peak pound for pound ranking of sixth by BoxRec and The Ring magazine, and in 2013 was listed by the BBC as the best active British boxer, pound for pound.
Alexandra Galviz was the former Head of Training and Development for a Foreign Exchange broker by the time she was 24 years old. Khadija Kalifa is a BBC Apprentice candidate and busy Mumpreneur on a mission to build an empire whilst raising two children and inspiring others to make their passion their profession.
Khadija has built a profitable cleaning business, employing 30 staff over the last four years, and has learnt many tricks of the trade.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care services for South Northamptonshire, our sister hospice, Cransley Hospice provides similar services for the North of the county.
We offer specialist physical, psychological, social and spiritual care to those with life limiting illnesses. Our focus is on quality of life and respecting the uniqueness of each person.
The cost of running the hospice is over £2.4 million, a large part of which comes from the generous support of local companies and individuals throughout the county.

Faye is a Fellow and Chartered Electrical Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology. She is also a Fellow and Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute.
Faye has won a number of national awards including UK Young Woman Engineer of the Year 2004, National Higher Education Gold Award 2005, Named in the Telegraph’s Top 50 UK Female Engineers list 2016 and Open University Alumni of the Year 2018.
She is a committee member on the UK Energy Policy Committee and a STEM ambassador. After completing her apprenticeship Faye started studying with the Open University and has completed a number of qualifications including MBA and MSc, she is now studying a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Faye is a keen runner and has represented England at the marathon distance and has recently been selected to represent England at 10k distance in Birmingham later this year. Faye is passionate about flying and her dream is to become a flying instructor.
